How and what do Chiropractors treat?
Chiropractic medicine approaches health care through the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and subsequent prevention of conditions relating to the neurological, muscular and skeletal systems of the body.
Chiropractors can successfully treat conditions that range from acute joint irritations, chronic postural dysfunctions, nerve entrapments to repetitive strain injuries. The majority of these conditions relating to the neuro-musculoskeletal system can be positively managed with chiropractic care.
Why is there such a difference between treatment styles and philosophies between Chiropractors?
There are many technique systems available for chiropractors to utilize. These techniques can range from those intended to treat the neuromuscular system such as ARTĀ©, GrastonĀ®, and acupuncture to those that focus primarily on the spine. Every chiropractor will practice somewhat differently based on their chosen techniques.
