Westside Chiropractic sports and dance therapy centre was established in 2000. The clinic is located on Calgary’s scenic West side just west of the Westhills shopping centre on Richmond Road.
Dr. Scholz has been practicing chiropractic since 1998. He practiced for two years in Seattle, WA, before returning to his hometown of Calgary.
Beginning in 1999, Dr. Scholz started treating patients with Active Release Soft Tissue Systems as well.
At Westside our approach to the treatment of musculoskeletal pain is unique. We strive to promote short-term, quality treatment that includes a combination of Chiropractic care, Active Release (ART) treatment and Graston Technique treatment.
Dr. Scholz has been the consulting chiropractor for Alberta Ballet, School of Alberta Ballet and the University of Calgary BA Dance Program since 2000. Because of his extensive experience with dancers, Dr. Scholz sees dancers both young and old, locally and internationally.
Dancers come from various dance backgrounds and skill levels." Dr. Scholz has been the consulting Chiropractor for the WHL’s Calgary Hitmen since
2004 as well.
Our clinic's massage therapist is knowledgeable, compassionate and consistently punctual and has extensive experience treating various conditions using a blend of Swedish and deep tissue massage.
